Corporate Partners

The MIT Leadership Center is committed to working with corporate leaders and innovative firms to define the leadership requirements for the 21st century and to develop and test the most effective tools and learning experiences to tackle today's most vexing global challenges. Corporate partners compare best practices with other leading firms. Firms work with faculty to design and deliver leadership opportunities for MBA students. MIT students are matched with companies around the world, developing their entrepreneurial and leadership proficiency in intensive field-based work.

Organizational partners, through their generous annual gifts to the Center's Mens et Manus fund, provide vital support to fund the priorities of the Center, including research, educational initiatives, student conferences and other events. They gain access to the latest thinking in leadership and tap into an amazing pool of talented students and faculty.

Corporate partners have the opportunity to

  • receive exclusive invitations to special MIT Leadership Center events, workshop and student conferences
  • interact with specific student groups
  • work closely with MIT Leadership Center staff and faculty to develop and deliver innovative leadership learning experiences
  • work closely with MIT Sloan curricular architects to develop custom executive programs that arm their senior leaders with the latest knowledge
  • earn recognition and acknowledgement of their company in the Center's quarterly newsletter, on the Center web site, and at special leadership events
  • participate in leadership programs as speakers and advisors
  • provide industry feedback and compare best practices with MIT researchers and other innovative firms
