Leadership is about working with people, drawing on the strengths of many for the good of the whole organization. At the MIT Leadership Center, the best and the brightest come together from disparate fields — from business, academia, government and nonprofit organizations — to give others the leadership skills necessary to change the world for the better.

MIT's faculty members have been at the forefront of leadership research and education for more than 50 years, building the educational underpinnings of modern management training. The Center's Advisory Council, as well as other practitioners who share their experience and insights through the MIT Leadership Center, are the very people who define today's leadership landscape.

Together with an expert staff, the faculty, executives, and practitioners of the MIT Leadership Center work to develop leaders uniquely equipped to handle the challenges of our ever-changing world.
