Faculty

For more than 50 years, MIT faculty members have been at the forefront of leadership research and education. Today, their work continues to open pathways that influence leadership education and practice.

In 2002, Professors Deborah Ancona, Wanda Orlikowski, and Tom Malone, with Senior Lecturer Peter Senge, developed the 4 Capabilities Leadership Framework, a framework for teaching leadership at MIT Sloan and for general leadership practice.
